Who has information, validated information, lots of information to see shapes in that huge puzzle we play with, most likely, may be capable to take proper decisions and weigh situations in ways to understand and therefore make the best and most of it.
Meanwhile, people understand it in ways to keep others away from information.
Such, the painful little rest they themselves own looks soooooooooo much wise.

By the way: was really only short time that the documentary on 'the dark web' was available. Not that I would support copyright infringements .... but to keep excellent stuff away from the brains of intelligent people is somewhat shortsighted. Looks like this is what we have achieved with all our educational efforts: Some want to have it all for themselves, not pass it on into the flow where it would grow and dwell.
