No one will change his life who is living it the flat and superficial, oh so comfortable way, and oh so often on the costs of others, directly or indirectly - as he has well-learned from his environment, by how he grew up and by how he was 'successful' up to now.
Never mind if this will not look very controlled for the moment ... this is how all winged are starting to learn to fly.

Unless he is seriously facing loosing all ground and control.
As only then he (she/it) will need to spread his (or her) wings and start to use them.
