Don't allow if people tell you it is all because it is inside you - we are all connected, and some take more loads on themselves than others do.
This does not free us from going on working on and with our selves ... but some people really make it too easy by proclaiming that all suffering and pain just is related to the one who suffers and just that one has to work on him or her self. For them, maybe, if they consider themselves stand-alone entities and release their trash freely into the ocean. For those who are connected, we are never alone and it is the whole that must change to get into a better state. We are aware that we are the drops that form the ocean. It's up to the all of us to make something good out of it.
